Warehousing and distribution
What happens between the cargo reaching the country and reaching whoever ordered it. It is the leg most underestimated when quoting and the most expensive when it was not planned for.
What it covers

- Storage: secure and flexible, matched to the type and volume of the cargo
- Distribution: door-to-door delivery with route planning and dispatch control
- Cross docking: direct transfer between transports, with no time in storage
- Deconsolidation: splitting and sorting consolidated cargo for final distribution
- Coordination with the road leg and with customs brokerage
Reaching the country is not arriving
Between unloading and delivery there is a warehouse, a sort and a distribution route, and each one is a chance for cargo to sit still without anyone noticing.
What is stored, how long it has been stored and what ships today reads in the same place as the shipment that brought it, not in a separate spreadsheet.
Our own platform is being built and we do not talk about it as if it were running. Today the cargo lookup answers on demonstration data.
How it runs
Three steps, from the cargo arriving to it leaving the warehouse.
We size the space
Volume, cargo type and expected turnover. That decides whether storage, cross docking or straight distribution makes sense.
We receive and sort
The cargo comes in, is deconsolidated if it was shared, and is recorded by position, not as loose pieces.
We distribute on a planned route
Final delivery is planned by route and dispatched under control, not in order of arrival.
