Which number can I search with?
With the booking number, the container number — four letters and seven digits — or the B/L number. All three lead to the same shipment.
How often is the status updated?
Status updates with every milestone reported by the carrier or trucker, and with what our operations team records. A milestone usually shows here within 24 hours of happening.
What does an estimated milestone mean?
That it has not happened yet and the date is a forecast, not a fact. On screen it shows with a dashed stroke and the text says so, to avoid any confusion.
Can I share the tracking with my customer?
Yes. The query stays in the browser address, so you can copy it and send it: whoever opens it sees the same status.
What if my number does not show up?
Check that it is complete and try again. If it is right and still does not appear, write to us and we will look into it with operations.
