Services

Six core services and a set of specialised operations. All of them run on the same criteria: vetted suppliers, tracking and risk control.

The core services

What resolves the bulk of operations.

Sea freight

FCL and LCL on the main routes and carriers. It carries the most volume and benefits most from tracking: a sea shipment is weeks during which things can happen.

  • Full container load (FCL)
  • Consolidated cargo (LCL)
  • Coverage on the main routes
  • Tracking by leg and milestone

Air freight

Top-tier airlines, tracked at every stage. For what is urgent, high-value, or cannot take weeks in transit.

  • General and urgent cargo
  • Stage-by-stage tracking
  • Coordination at origin and destination

Land transport

Coverage across Chile and connection with bordering countries. It is the leg where control is most often lost, which is why we watch it most closely.

  • Domestic, across Chile
  • International with bordering countries
  • Coordination with the sea or air leg

Warehousing and distribution

What happens between the cargo reaching the country and reaching whoever ordered it. It is the leg most often left out of a quote, and the most expensive one when it was not planned for.

  • Storage: secure, flexible warehousing sized to the type and volume of the cargo
  • Distribution: door-to-door delivery with route planning and dispatch control
  • Cross docking: cargo transferred straight between vehicles, with no time in storage
  • Deconsolidation: consolidated cargo split and sorted for final distribution

Customs brokerage

Documentation, tariff classification and clearance. A classification error is not a fine: it is cargo held at the border.

  • Import and export documentation
  • Tariff classification
  • Clearance and customs handling

Foreign trade consulting and outsourcing

For companies that would rather not build their own foreign trade department, or that already have one and want it reviewed.

  • Outsourcing of the foreign trade function
  • Advice on process and documentation
  • Review of existing operations

Specialised operations

Less frequent, and for that reason the ones most often improvised by those who have not done them before.

  1. Multimodal

Several transport modes combined into one coordinated operation.

  2. Out-of-gauge cargo

Oversized pieces, with route study and permits.

  3. Dangerous goods

IMO cargo, with the documentation and handling it requires.

  4. Project cargo

Project operations, with their own planning and schedule.

  5. Refrigerated cargo

Cold chain with temperature control throughout transit.

  6. Purchase order control

Tracking from the supplier order, not from departure.

  7. Last mile

Final delivery to the consignee, closing the chain.

  8. International cargo insurance

Sea, air and land cover, with claims handled alongside you.

How we run it

The approach that makes a service different from the same service bought elsewhere.

01Digital integration
  1. Digital integration

EDI and API connections with carriers and airlines, so status comes from the system rather than from an email.

  2. Document automation

Digital shipping documents, cutting paper and transcription error.

  3. Customs compliance

International regulatory compliance built into the operation, not reviewed afterwards.

  4. End-to-end tracking

Continuous visibility of the shipment, not only at the milestones the carrier reports.

  5. Risk control

Vetted suppliers and oversight of the operation while it happens.
